A Brief Natonal Note Before Cheltenham Fever Kicks In

Hoped you backed Black Apalachi when I first flagged him up as he's now 12-1 favourite for the big event after a nice win in the Bobbyjo Chase in Ireland. Also word is King John's Castle who was my 09 National tip immediately after finishing 2nd in the 08 race is also due to line up having gotten over his leg injury quicker than anticipated. So Im backing him too although EW only just in case that leg isn't quite 150%. He is generally 25's at present.

Anyhoo, its almost Cheltenham 09 so I'd best get some tips lined up seeing how I haven't been very enthusiastic about racing of late. Neptune Collonges (pictured above) to win the Gold Cup IF Denman isn't back to his best on the day. He's a nice horse & a pretty grey to boot & runs in the colours of One Man the chaser that has the honour of kick starting my love affair with National Hunt racing.
